1. RMA Required
All return requests must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please provide the order number, relevant photos/videos, serial numbers and a brief description of the issue.
2. Transport Damage / Shortages
Inspect the goods upon delivery. Record any visible damage or shortages on the carrier’s document and inform us within 7 calendar days.
3. Warranty (12 months)
Covers manufacturing defects only. At our discretion, we may repair, replace or issue a credit. All returns must be packed in the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.
4. Non-defective Returns
Returns are not accepted for custom or made-to-order items. Standard items may be accepted on a case-by-case basis and are subject to a 15% restocking fee and prepaid return freight.
5. Return Shipping
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Buyer is responsible for return freight costs and transit risk (please use an insured, trackable service).
